I can hardly believe that Sammy is six months old (as of yesterday). It doesn’t seem like it’s been any time at all since I was writing about his birth.
I know I’m his mom and more than a little biased, but he is such a great baby. He is really happy – he’s almost always smiling and laughing. I love to hear him giggle!
So in honor of his six-month birthday, I just have to post a few pictures!
One of my favorite things about him is his hair.
His sister loves him, and she is totally his favorite person (despite the fact that she has spent his entire six months of life poking and prodding him). He just lights up whenever he sees her.
This was the first time he ate cereal. He was all about the food!
The only thing messier than a six-month-old eating cereal is a four-year-old feeding it to him.

OMG, He is such a beautiful baby, and his big sister is so adorable too of course! You have such a beautiful family! We had our newest additions at about the same time, our little gal was born March 12th. I’ve been looking at pics of her and her big bro & sis, just mesmerized by how much they’ve all changed too. It brings tears to my eyes, this is “supposed” to be our last babe so I tear up at just about anything she does. Sad, but true… Thanks for the trip through your little ones 1st 6 months!

The picture of him and Kate cuddling is the cutest and I will now spend the rest of my day trying to get a similar picture of my 3-year-old hugging her 9-month-old brother!

Congrats on Sammy’s 6-month birthday! He (and his big sis) are truly adorable! isn’t this first year just absolutely amazing? I just can’t get over how much they change in such a short period of time… And equally amazing is how they get older so quickly, but yet we don’t seem to age a day!! Ha ha ho ho.
