A couple weeks ago, during our failed mommies’ night out, Jenny and I had the chance to purchase Mary Kay items from Jenny’s friend Luanne. I got this eyeliner, and let me tell you, it is awesome.
It goes on really smoothly – I don’t feel like I’m going to rip my eyelids while applying it. And it stays on FOREVER.
I bought that and this eye shadow, and in the last week and a half, I have gotten more compliments than I ever had in my life! Either this is really awesome make-up, or I seriously looked like crap before. Or a combination of both.
Regardless, Mary Kay eye make up works for me!!

I would have to agree cousin! The other night when I was getting ready to wash my face before bed I looked in the mirror and thought, “Dang my eye makeup looks good!” It was 10:30 PM and I’d had my makeup on for more than 12 hours. Love it!

I just went to my very first Mary Kay party ever.
I’m not a make up person, so I stuck with cleansers and moisturizers and such.
My son (who had to go with me b/c of childcare issues) is in love with Satin Hands. He’s such a dork!
I also love the Satin Hands! And the cleanser & moisturizer. Tell your son he has good taste! ha!
I love Mary Kay, too. I switch ed to Olay skin care supplies, then switched back because my skin was seriously suffering. I;m glad I did.
I just bought their mascara and foundation from my friend who sells it this past weekend! I figured I’d rather support a friend who’s trying to stay at home with her kids than buy from the Clinique counter.
She also told me the best eye makeup remover is Johnson’s Baby Wash. It works like a charm and isn’t at all oily!!!

I have yet to find eye shadow or eye liner that I like. I thought I’d tried everything. Not so. I’ll look into this!
Next time try making ONYX cupcakes….they rock!
I love MK too! They have the best colors and really reasonable for good make up. I also discovered MAC eyeliner, very vivid colors and a little more expensive but so far worth the price, even if some 20something sold it to me 🙂
