How Do I love CVS? Let Me Count the Ways!

The deals this week at CVS weren’t TOO killer, but I was still able to get some great deals since my CVS accepts competitor coupons, and I was also able to pay for some things I needed with ECBs! Yay! So, it was a pleasure as usual. One day this week when I was there, a customer came in while I was checking out and was extremely rude to the two cashiers working. I mean, unacceptable, uncalled for, mean-for-no-reason RUDE. If I hadn’t had my two kids with me, I might have politely told her to chill. I was so sad that the cashiers had to deal with her, and I am sure she is not the only one! So be nice to your CVS folk!! ‘Cause not everybody is.

Anyhoo, here’s what I got:

There Once Was a Girl Named Jill

There once was a girl named Jill
With whom I would so like to chill
She changed her blog address
And now she’s in distress
That her traffic has dropped to near nil.

Oh, man, I just astound myself with my talent. Really!! I should probably start a limerick blog. But anyhoo, my bloggy friend Jill, aka The Diaper Diaries, changed her blog from a WordPress hosted site to her VERY OWN website this week! So you can now find her here at thediaperdiaries.net. And if you haven’t found her yet, go check her out. Jill was my very first bloggy friend and I heart her very much. One of the first posts of hers I ever remember was entitled, “Why Aren’t Christians more Funny?” between that and one about the different shapes of poop, I was hooked! I DO love a blogger who isn’t afraid to write about POOP! (So does Emily, she is just scared to admit it.)

Jill just moved her blog address on Monday and she is missing some of her readers. I am sure they will find her eventually but in the meantime, please go check her out, leave her a comment, and tell her I sent ya! You will not be sorry! As a matter of fact, I am sure you will love the Diaper Diaries as much as I do and you will want to bookmark it and become Jill’s stalker. But don’t even think about the stalker part ’cause she’s MINE!

Now go visit her or I’ll write a limerick about you, too!

WFMW: Flickr

Well as you may know from reading this here blog, I went on a little trip last April courtesy of Sony, and I came back obsessed with taking pictures! For several years, I had been uploading my photos to an online storage site, but I had been displeased with its slow upload and even slower photo editing programs. So, after I came back from my trip, I got myself a Flickr account. I could not be happier with Flickr! They make uploading, organizing, and editing photos so easy. Sharing your photos with friends and family is also as simple as sharing your Flickr website address with them – no more sendng out a mass email to tell them to click on a page and create a username and password – NONE of that!! I have been able to do a lot of fun, creative things with my photos thanks to Flickr, and I love having them organized in different categories. It makes it easy to find a specific photo when I need to. I also use Flickr code to share photos here on the blog – many times it is easier than uploading the photos to our blog.

So, Flickr works for me! You can check out my Flickr photostream here. Check back often for updates!
