Back 2 School Bash: From Intel- Win an Acer Timeline X Laptop

This is our biggest giveaway yet!  Thanks to technology geniuses at Intel (generous geniuses!) we are giving away this sweeeet Acer Timeline X laptop powered by the Intel CORE i5 processor!!

Photobucket

Thanks to the brains of the Intel CORE i5 processor, this laptop has a battery with an EIGHT-HOUR battery life and it is super-thin and lightweight – perfect for carrying around campus!  The long battery life means no need to find a place to plug-in either!  Your student can work anytime, anywhere.

Here are some more fun facts about why the Intel CORE i5 processor makes this machine so great for students:

  • Makes long battery life and mobility possible
  • It makes multi-tasking possible (running multiple applications) without sacrificing speed or performance – no more waiting on the dreaded HOURGLASS!
  • It’s got enough power for big tasks like photo and video editing and streaming
  • It uses less power when you are doing simpler tasks, naturally conserving battery life for running more intense applications

Basically, the CORE i5 processor is like having TWO brains for your computer in one!  The more brains you have, the more you can multi-task (I sure wish I had a second brain!!)  Intel’s technology enables you to use your PC more efficiently, so you get more done in less time.  Woot!

When you’re considering buying a laptop for back-t0-school, the first question you should ask is “What do I want to do with it?”  Intel has a technology for every level of performance you need in a computer, so you can get the right combination of performance and price when shopping!

  1. I would love to win this for my son, he really needs it for school. He is generous though, he would share with “mommy” 🙂
    Thanks!

  2. Oh pick me, pick me! Lol… I have subscribed to your feed since you have had one! LOVE these prizes!

  3. i would def use this comptuer!! We dont own a laptop and my husband and I have to share the comp at home. I’m always on it either working or looking for deals online so this would fit perfectly within our family!!

  4. Yes…my MAIN computer usage I would have to admit is trolling for coupons and deals. The time consumed waiting for the hourglass severely cuts in to the bargain factor, as “time is money” my husband says.

I also homeschool 2 teens who use computers for online education, socialization, and entertainment. It is important for homeschoolers to stay connected to other kids.
